• Automatic transcription of video content
• Caption generation in multiple languages (English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Pashto, Sindhi)
• Caption editing and customization tools
• Export options for captioned videos and SRT subtitle files

3. Account Registration

To use Bolti, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• In-app purchases available through Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• All fees are in the currency displayed at checkout
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

• Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the Service for spam or harassment
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our technology
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Upload content containing malware or viruses
• Use automated bots without permission
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload. By using Bolti, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Captions

Captions generated by Bolti are yours to use freely for personal and commercial purposes.

6.3 Our Content

All Bolti branding, templates, software, and design elements remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

7. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Bolti infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@bolti.ai with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• Statement of good faith belief
• Your signature (electronic or physical)

8. Privacy

Your use of Bolti is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at bolti.ai/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• 100% accuracy of AI-generated captions
• Compatibility with all devices or formats
• Preservation of uploaded content

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLTI AI LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bolti AI Ltd, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 By You: You may cancel your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

12.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)
