- We will respond within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after 14-day window
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Excessive usage before refund request
- Account termination due to abuse
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of billing period
- No refund for remaining days
- Data is retained for 30 days, then deleted
