How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@bolti.ai with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We will respond within 3-5 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after 14-day window
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Excessive usage before refund request
  • Account termination due to abuse

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of billing period
  • No refund for remaining days
  • Data is retained for 30 days, then deleted
